I have always wanted to know more about the Certified ScrumMaster Program (CSM) and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner program. Many of my listeners also write me asking questions about these certifications, more specifically on how to get them, what the requirements are, and whether they need a lot of experience in Agile or Scrum to get them.
So I decided to invite back to the show my friend Maria Matarelli. Maria teaches both PMI ACP and CSM training course and is an international authority on the matter. Maria Matarelli is an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and consults large enterprise environments in Agile adoption, working with management teams, executive teams and individual project teams.
Maria travels to speak at conferences and consult organizations in Chicago, New York, Hawaii, Vancouver, Sweden, Morocco, Istanbul, and many other locations.
Maria is the author of the book “Workaholic?” and has co-authored 3 additional books. Maria is passionate about working with teams and organizations to inspire agility.
