I believe I have found just the resource.

Today I bring you my friend Danilo Tambone to talk about his fantastic new course “Skyrocket Your Productivity the Agile Way.”  Danilo is providing the first resource I have seen that successfully introduces the concepts of Agile, Kanban, and Scrum to the newbie.  I have gone through the course and can’t wait to share it with you here.

Danilo will also share the story of his transition from the construction industry to the IT world.

Greetings from yet another italian, also from Milan like Danilo, but now living in Lausanne, Switzerland. I am presently working on my CAPM certification, I hope to be done within the month of May.

I have listened to the podcast while driving back from Milan just today, and am thrilled to hear about what Danilo has created, as I am more and more interested in the agile way of doing things, but since I am mostly working solo these days I need a different twist than the generic agile scheme mostly used in software development.

Keep up the good work on the podcast, Cesar!

    Thanks, Luca

If Cesar says it’s “The best introduction I have seen so far” it must be good!

I heard the terms Kanban and Scrum while working for a Telecom Vendor. When I asked one of our Project Mangers (I was in Engineering department) about these, he told me they are simply process tools to enable you to work more efficiently. After that I forgot about the whole discussion. Just remembered again those words after seeing Cesar’s post.

I would love to have this course because Telecom is one of the fields which use Agile way of doing things and it will help me a lot.

It could be grat to take the “Skyrocket Your Productivity the Agile Way” course on Udemy!!!

  5. I wonder about Agile because I don’t see it listed in job postings. I get the impression that some jobs require Agile as a supporting competency the way, say, scheduling is a competency for managers, but jobs that require Agile as a central competency seem rare. I’m very interested in adding Agile methods to my repertoire, but should I make it a priority? Will it really help me find a job and jumpstart a new career?

Thanks, Casar, for that outstanding podcast, interviewing Danilo in such informative way.

Thanks, Danilo, for sharing your experience with us. Facing professional changes myself your input has been greatly inspiring. Having had some experience with Scrum and Kanban in a professional setting before, it is very uplifting to listen to someone who actually understands it and has even been successfully transferring it to help people in their personal/ professional growth.

Thanks again and all the best!
