Stop Managing, Start Leading! with Susanne Madsen: Episode 30

February 23, 2014

One of the top qualities that a good project manager should have is being an effective leader.

This poses us project managers with a challenge.

How can we be better leaders?  Is leadership something one can learn?  Is there a ceiling to how good a leader we can be?  Can we be good project managers without focusing on how well we lead?

To talk about this topic, I have the dynamic Susanne Madsen.  She shares her story and her best strategies to being a better leader.
