This book kicked my behind. EVERY project manager needs to develop their strategic thinking skills, and this book will open your mind to countless opportunities to do so.
Today I talk with Greg Githens, author of How to Think Strategically, the book that has set the tone for my focus in 2021. I hope this conversation inspires you to develop your strategic thinking skills as much as it did for me.

His audiences and clients include Essilor of America, Ecom Group, VR Systems, United Illuminating, Weber-Stephens, PetSmart, United Healthcare, The University of Toledo, Sauder Woodworking, SSOE, The Andersons, Bryan healthcare, the American Red Cross, 3M, IBM, and the United States Air Force.
